– 1½ cups zucchini shredded
– ½ cup sugar
– ½ tsp salt
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– ¼ tsp baking soda
– ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 2 tbsp canola oil
– 1 large egg lightly beaten
– 1½ tsp vanilla extract
