  • In a medium sized bowl, add ground beef, egg, parsley, bread crumbs, onion, and garlic. Mix well with your hands.
  • Using your hands, shape into 16 meatballs.
  • Turn slow cooker to low heat setting. Add crushed tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, and tomato puree. Mix to combine. Add meatballs.
  • Cook on low setting for 6 – 8 hours.
