Weight Watchers Avocado Salad Recipe. An easy, and healthy side dish, lunch, or appetizer recipe. You can make this tasty salad in just 10 minutes. Vegan, and that also makes it Vegetarian.
In a medium sized bowl, add avocados, tomato, sweet onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and cilantro.
Stir to mix.
Add lime juice.
Toss gently to coat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
