skim milk

canned pumpkin

sugar free, fat free vanilla instant pudding

pumpkin pie spice

fat-free cool whip
thawed
Instructions
In a large bowl, or mixer bowl, add milk, pumpkin, pudding mix, and pumpkin spice.
Using an electric mixer, mix well.
Fold in the Cool whip. Until well mixed
Keep chilled.
Serving ideas: sliced apples or other fruit, ginger snaps, vanilla wafers and/or cinnamon graham crackers. (add points)
