Splenda brown sugar blend

egg substitute - fat-free

evaporated milk - fat-free

canned pumpkin puree
(not pie filling)

Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350° F
In a large mixing bowl, add brown sugar, cloves, salt, cayenne, and cinnamon. Stir to mix.
Using a whisk, stir in orange juice, egg substitute, milk, and pumpkin.
Pour even proportions into 8 6-ounce custard cups.
In a roasting pan, place the custard cups. Carefully add 1-inch of water around the cups.
In the preheated oven, bake 45 minutes or until the edges are firm and a little puffed up.
Remove the custard cups from the water, carefully.
Cool the Flan fully. Then cover and place in the refrigerator.
Serve with light whipped topping (optional)
