Instructions
In a large skillet, add water and butter. Melt over low heat.
Add in apples, sugar, and salt.
Cover skillet and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the apples are just tender.
Remove cover, stir, increase heat to medium and continue to cook uncovered until apples are tender and the bottoms become lightly golden.
Flip apples and continue cooking until the bottoms become lightly golden.
