Weight Watchers Harvest Salad Recipe. The perfect Fall salad to accompany your dinner, or to have for lunch. This combination of flavors is to die for!
In a large mixing bowl, add spinach, and cranberries, tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and blue cheese. Toss to mix.
For the Dressing:
In a small mixing bowl, add raspberry jam.
Whisk in walnut oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over salad, and toss to coat well.
