Weight Watchers Cranberry Pear Salad Recipe. This easy and tasty salad is perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or a Winter dinner, or lunch. A quick and easy 10 minute recipe.
In a small sized mixing bowl, add water, olive oil, red wine vinegar, maple syrup, coarse ground mustard, shallots, salt, and pepper.
Using a whisk, whisk until well blended.
In a large bowl, add approximately ¼ cup of the dressing.
In the large bowl, add the baby spinach, and toss to coat well.
Place 2 cups of the spinach on each of 4 salad plates.
Place 3 slices of pear on each salad plate.
Top each salad plate with 1½ tablespoons of chopped almonds, and 1 tablespoon of cranberries.
Add approximately 1 tablespoon of the dressing on each salad.
