ground beef - 93% lean

Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
¼

onions
chopped

barbecue sauce
divided

egg whites
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375° F
In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, ¼ cup barbecue sauce, and egg whites.
Mix well using your hands.
In a loaf pan, add the ground beef mixture and press lightly to shape it to fit the pan. Smooth the top.
Pour ¼ cup barbecue sauce on top of the meatloaf and spread out using the back of a spoon.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
