Ingredients

lbs
sweet potatoes
washed

tbsp
canola oil
2
tbsp
honey
salt and black pepper
to taste

cinnamon sticks
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F
Cut sweet potatoes into 1 inch thick pieces.
In a large mixing bowl combine honey and canola oil. Mix well
Add sweet potatoes to the honey mixture and toss to coat.
Transfer sweet potatoes to a baking dish and add cinnamon sticks
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove dish from the oven and turn the potatoes.
Cook and additional 30 minutes or until tender.
