graham cracker crust - reduced-fat
remove sides of the crust & discard
2
egg whites
15
oz
canned pumpkin

oz
milk - skim or soy

egg whites

cup
sugar substitute
pumpkin pie spice
to taste
Instructions
For the Crust
Preheat oven to 350° F
Beat two egg whites. Brush on crust.
Bake in preheated oven for approx 5 minutes.
For the Pie
Preheat oven to 425° F
In a mixing bowl, add egg whites, milk, and pumpkin. Mix until smooth.
Add in sugar substitute by slowly stirring in. Stir in pumpkin spice. Mix well.
Pour the pie filling into the prepared crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° F and bake an additional 45 minutes.
