Weight Watchers Homemade Stuffing Recipe. This easy side dish is a Traditional Thanksgiving, or Christmas favorite. It's easy to make, and much better than the boxed version.
Prepare a 9x13 inch casserole dish by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
In a saute pan, add margarine and melt over medium/high heat.
In saute pan, add onion and celery.
Saute until the onions become transparent
In a large mixing bowl, add bread crumbs, onion/celery mix, sage, and black pepper. Stir to combine well.
A little at a time, add chicken broth, stirring and tossing to mix well. Continue until the breadcrumbs are moistened thoroughly.
Transfer stuffing to prepared casserole dish.
In preheated oven, bake approximately 30 minutes, or until the top is browned lightly.
