fresh pumpkin or (15oz) can pumpkin puree

light or heavy cream

cinnamon

salt

Splenda sugar substitute

tsp
pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F
Prepare pie plate by spraying with non-stick cooking spray
In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, pumpkin, cream, cinnamon, salt, Splenda, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well.
Pour the pumpkin mix into the prepared pie plate
Bake in preheated oven for 30 - 40 minutes
