Rotel diced tomatoes & green chiles

Velveeta cheese

boneless skinless chicken breast halves
cooked and shredded

sour cream

green onions
diced

taco seasoning mix

tbsp
minced jalapeno pepper
or to taste (optional)

black beans
rinsed and drained
Instructions
In a Crock pot, combine Velveeta, Rotel, taco seasoning, chicken, green onions, and sour cream, and jalapenos.
Cook on high setting. Stir occasionally to mix ingredients as the cheese melts. Approx 1 - 2 hours.
Mix in black beans. Cook an additional 15 minutes. Serve.
