In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients. Mix well until it's smooth.
If the batter is too thick for your liking, mix in water by tablespoonfuls (add 1 then mix before adding more) until it's as you like.
Prepare a griddle or large skillet by heating, and spraying with butter flavored Pam cooking spray.
Drop batter by 2 heaping tablespoons full onto griddle. When the bottom is golden, carefully flip the pancake to cook the other side. Makes 6 pancakes, 3 pancakes = 1 serving.
