drained, Reserve liquid from reserved one can

burgundy wine
Instructions
In a saucepan, add beef broth
Heat to a simmer.
Add onion
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add reserved liquid from 1 can of mushrooms, mushrooms, and wine.
Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the liquid reduces by half.
