Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels.
Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
Add all ingredients in the slow cooker.
Set slow cooker to LOW heat, cover, and cook 6 hours.
Remove chicken, and shred with meat claws, or two forks.
Place chicken back into the slow cooker, and cook another hour.
Serve
