Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Lentil Soup with Ham Recipe. A super easy, comfort food meal. Just toss it all in the Crock Pot for a healthy, and tasty dinner.
In a large slow cooker, add ham, lentils, onions, carrots, celery, and minced garlic.
Add dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, black pepper, and bay leaf.
Add chicken broth, water, and tomato sauce.
Stir to mix well.
Cover the slow cooker and set to LOW setting for 11 hours.
Remove and discard bay leaf.
