Weight Watchers Honey Garlic Pork Chops Recipe. A quick and easy dinner recipe. Coated in a delicious glaze made of soy sauce, ketchup, honey, and garlic. Ready in 25 minutes.
In a medium mixing bowl, add soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and honey.
Whisk together ingredients.
On the preheated grill, sear both sides of the pork chops.
Using a basting brush, brush prepared glaze lightly on all sides.
Continue grilling approx 8 minutes per side, or until the pork chops are no longer pink in the center, and an instant-read thermometer reads 145° F when inserted in the center of the pork chop.
