bacon

tomato
chopped

onion
chopped

swiss cheese
shredded

cup
mayonnaise

tsp
dried basil

(16 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F
Heat a skillet at medium heat. Add bacon and cook until browned. Move bacon to paper towels, to soak up grease.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, crumble bacon. Mix in Swiss cheese, onion, tomato, basil, and mayonnaise. Set aside.
Grease lightly a mini muffin tin
Split biscuits in half horizontally. Put each biscuit half into prepared muffin tin. Top each half with the filling.
Bake biscuits approx 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
