In a medium sized saucepan, add milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and artificial sweeter.
Over medium/high heat, heat until it just boils, stirring often.
Take pan off heat and using a whisk, whisk mixture approximately 1 minute, or until it becomes frothy.
In a large coffee mug, add coffee and milk mixture.
To garnish, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder and a cinnamon stick.
