Instructions
In a small bowl combine garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, cumin and chili powder.
Place Pork Chops in a shallow baking dish, generously cover with spice rub, Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
