Weight Watchers Mixed Berry Crepe Recipe. This quick and easy breakfast or dessert is delicious and healthy. This five minute dish is kid friendly, so mix up a big batch and share with the family.
4mediumfresh strawberrieshulled and mashed with a fork
6tablespoonfat-free vanilla greek yogurtdivided
1crepewarmed if desired
½cupmixed berries
½teaspoonlemon zestoptional
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add mashed strawberries, and 4 tablespoons of the fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt. Stir to mix.
Place a crepe on a flat surface, and place the yogurt mix in a line down the center.
Roll the crepe around the yogurt mix.
Place 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mix on top.
On top of the crepe, add the mixed berries, and lemon zest.
