4lbs(sixteen 4 oz each) boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add fresh oregano, fresh rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
Using a wire whisk, whisk in white wine vinegar.
Place chicken in the mixture, coat all sides well.
Place plastic wrap over the bowl, and place in the refrigerator for approximately 6 hours.
Prepare grill rack by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
Preheat grill to high heat.
On the prepared grill, place the chicken, and cook, turning once halfway through, approximately 6 - 7 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink, and when pierced the juices run clear, and an instant-read thermometer reads 165° F.
