This Easy Weight Watchers Grilled Herb Chicken is a quick and healthy summer dinner that the whole family will love! Seasoned with a simple herb blend and grilled to perfection, this chicken is juicy, flavorful, and low points.
1pound(4-¼ lb each) boneless skinless chicken breast
Instructions
Preheat grill to high heat.
Prepare the grill by spraying the grate with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small mixing bowl, add fresh oregano, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, olive oil, and salt. Stir to mix well
Coat the chicken breasts on all sides with the herb mixture
On prepared grill, add chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turn and cook another 6 to 8 minutes on the other side, or cook until the chicken is fully cooker, is no longer pink inside, the juices run clear, and an instant-read thermometer reads 165° F when inserted into the thickest part.
Remove chicken from grill and let stand for 5 minutes.
