8ouncesboneless skinless chicken breastcooked and diced
½cupscallionssliced
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, add soy sauce, and ketchup. Using a wire whisk, whisk together.
Whisk in dark brown sugar, sambal oelek, and cornstarch, until mixed well. Set aside for later.
Place a wok, or large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
In the wok, add sesame oil, and let het.
When hot, add minced ginger and minced garlic. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
In the wok, add broccoli. Toss to coat.
In the wok, pour in chicken broth on top of the broccoli.
Increase heat to medium/high, cover and cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until the broccoli is crispy yet tender.
In the wok, add chicken, and your prepared sauce, simmer for approximately 3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Garnish with scallions, serve immediately.
