Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add tomatoes, avocado, onion, and garlic
Stir gently to mix.
Gently stir in oregano and parsley.
Add olive oil and vinegar. Stir gently to mix.
Add feta cheese and stir gently to mix.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
