Prepare the rice as per the instructions provided on the package.
Take a 1½ quart microwave-safe casserole and add the cooked rice, beans, and salsa to it.
Mix the ingredients well to combine.
Cover the casserole with its lid.
Microwave the casserole at HIGH for 1½ minutes or until it gets heated thoroughly.
