Ingredients

beef sirloin
cut into pieces

onion
chopped

cream of mushroom soup - 10 ounce

tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
¼
cup
water
¼
cup
sour cream
salt and black pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a saucepan, brown the beef tips in vegetable oil. Move beef tips to the slow cooker.
Using the same saucepan, add onions and saute. Move to the slow cooker, placing on top of the beef tips.
In the same saucepan, add the mushroom soup, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to mix, and heat. Add to slow cooker.
Turn on slow cooker to high setting for 1 hour. Reduce heat setting to low and cook an additional 4 - 5 hours.
Stir in sour cream in the last 15 minutes of cook time.
