ripe
bananas

tsp
vanilla extract
⅓
cup
vegetable oil

cup
dates
pitted & chopped
2
cups
rolled oats
Instructions
Preheat the ove to 350° F
In a large mixing bowl, add bananas. Using a fork or potato masher, mash the bananas
Stir in the vanilla, vegetable oil, dates, and oats. Mix well
Let batter sit for approx 15 minutes.
On an ungreased cookie sheet, drop batter by teaspoonfuls.
Bake cookies in preheated oven for approx 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
