Ingredients

cup
water
½
cup
uncooked rice
1
tbsp
mayonnaise
2
tsp
wasabi powder
or to taste
¼
cup
red wine vinegar
1
tbsp
soy sauce
1
tsp
sesame oil
1
tbsp
sugar
1
English cucumber
cut into 1 inch strips
1
small
head iceberg lettuce
shredded
2
cups
imitation crabmeat
shredded
2
avocado
peeled, pitted, and cubed
Instructions
In a saucepan, add water and rice.
Bring to a boil over medium/high heat, reduce heat, simmer approx 20 minutes or until the rice is tender. Set aside.
For the Dressing:
In a small mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, wasabi powder, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir to mix well.
In a serving bowl, add cucumber, lettuce, crab, and avocado. Toss to mix.
Add cooked rice. Stir to mix.
Add dressing. Toss to coat.
