sliced

sweet onion
finely sliced
salt
to taste
black pepper - fresh ground
to taste

olive oil

lemon juice

coriander leaves
chopped
Instructions
In a medium sized mixing bowl, add onion, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Mix.
In a small mixing bowl, add lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well.
Pour olive oil mixture over tomatoes.
Top with corriander leaves.
