Using a shallow bowl or container, add vegetable oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lime juice. Stir to mix well.
Place the chicken in the marinade. Coat well. Cover with plastic wrap, place in refrigerator for at minimum 30 minutes.
Heat outdoor grill at high heat.
Prepare grill by lightly oiling grill grate to prevent sticking.
Remove chicken from the refrigerator and discard the marinade.
Grill the chicken approx 6-8 mins. per side or until chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear.
