cod fish

cup
salsa
1
cup
sharp cheddar cheese
shredded
½
cup
corn chips
crushed coarsely

avocado
peeled, pitted & sliced
¼
cup
sour cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400° F
Prepare an 8x12 baking dish by spraying with non-stick cooking spray
Using cold water, rinse the cod. With paper towels, pad dry.
In the prepared baking dish, place cod in a single layer.
Pour salsa over top of the cod.
Sprinkle cheese over the salsa.
Sprinkle crushed corn chips on top of the cheese.
In preheated oven, bake uncovered 15 minutes or until fish becomes opaque. Remove from oven.
Add the sliced avocado, and the sour cream. Serve.
