whole black peppercorns

heavy whipping cream
Instructions
In a stock pot, add pumpkin, onion, garlic, thyme, chicken stock, peppercorn, and salt.
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
In a food processor, puree soup one cup at a time.
Return the soup to the stock pot. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes.
Add heavy cream. Stir to mix
Serve
