Homemade Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Recipe. This super simple recipe only requires 2 ingredients, honey roasted peanuts, and peanut oil. Just toss them in the food processor, and you have the perfect snack, or ingredient for your favorite meal.
With the food processor turned on, add honey roasted peanuts gradually.
Once all of the peanuts have been added, continue processing for approximately 2 minutes, scraping down the sides when necessary, until the mixture is smooth,
Transfer peanut butter to an airtight container.
Store in the refrigerator for up to (approximately) 3 months.
