Weight Watchers Turkey Brine Recipe. Brining your Thanksgiving turkey is a must for juicy, flavorful meat. This super easy recipe only takes 10 minutes to make, and will make your turkey foolproof.
In a large stockpot, add 2 gallons water, 1½ cups canning salt (see note), ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce, ⅓ cup brown sugar, 3 tablespoons garlic, 1 tablespoon pepper.
Stir to mix.
Add turkey to brine and place in the refrigerator for 2 days before cooking using the method you wish.
Notes
