Add olive oil, and onion. Cook approximately 2 minutes, or until the onions become translucent.
Add Brussels Sprouts, and cook for 1 minute.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add vegetable broth.
Close the lid, and lock it.
Set to HIGH pressure as per the manufacturer's directions.
Set the timer to 3 minutes.
Let pressure build for 10 - 15 minutes.
Following manufacturer's directions for quick release, release pressure (carefully). Approximately 5 minutes.
Unlock the lid, open, and remove the Brussels Sprouts.
