Instructions
Brown ground beef in a saute pan over medium heat.
Combine onion soup mix, tomato sauce, frozen vegetables, broth, water, celery, onion, and macaroni in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer until macaroni is done.
Add browned ground beef, mix and serve.
