cumin

boneless pork shoulder roast

cups
chicken broth
Instructions
Put bay leaves on bottom of Crock Pot.
In a small mixing bowl, combine cinnamon, cumin, garlic powder, coriander, and salt. Mix.
Rub pork with spice mix, and place in Crock Pot on top of bay leaves.
Add chicken broth to the Crock Pot, don't pour over pork, pour around it to not disturb the spice mix on top.
Put Crock Pot on low setting, cover and cook approx 10 hours or until the pork will shred with fork, flipping the pork halfway through,
Remove pork from Crock Pot and shred with a fork.
