Weight Watchers Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes Recipe. The ultimate breakfast, brunch, or dinner recipe. This super quick and easy meal is ready in just 13 minutes.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, sift together whole wheat flour and baking powder. Set aside for later.
In a large mixing bowl, add milk, egg, artificial sweetener, and salt. Beat to mix well.
Add flour, and stir to mix until just combined.
Fold in blueberries.
Place a heavy skillet over medium heat.
Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
Measure ¼ cup of batter, and pour in the skillet. Make another pancake if it will fit in the skillet.
Cook pancake until bubbles start to form, approximately 1½ - 2 minutes.
Using a spatula, flip pancake and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat for the rest of the pancakes.
