Ingredients

dark brown sugar

canola oil

egg white

semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375° F
In a medium sized mixing bowl, or a stand mixer, cream together butter, brown sugar, and canola oil.
Mix in egg white, salt, and vanilla.
In a small mixing bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Mix well.
Add flour mixture to wet mixture. Mix well.
Mix in chocolate chips.
On a non-stick baking sheet, drop dough by rounded half-teaspoons,
Bake in preheated oven for 4 to 6 minutes.
Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.
