Weight Watchers Wasabi Salmon Patties Recipe. This spicy seafood dinner is full of flavor! It's quick and easy, and ready in just 25 minutes, a great dinner or lunch option.
In a mixing bowl, plain breadcrumbs, egg, low-fat mayonnaise, wasabi, rice vinegar, tamari, and bell red pepper.
Mix to combine well. Add more breadcrumbs if need to make the mixture stick together.
Form 6 equal sized patties.
Place extra breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Place each cake on the breadcrumbs and lightly press them into the breadcrumbs on both sides.
Using non-stick cooking spray, spray each side of the cakes.
Place a large skillet over medium/high heat.
Add salmon cakes to the skillet, and cook approximately 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the cakes are firm and lightly browned.
