Prepare a baking sheet by lining with aluminum foil, and spraying the foil with cooking spray.
Place the chicken on prepared baking sheet.
In a small mixing bowl add oregano, onion salt, garlic salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Stir to mix well.
Season the chicken by sprinkling the seasoning mix liberally all over.
In the preheated oven, bake chicken approx 1 hour or until juices run clear, and the skin is crispy, and instant-read thermometer inserted next to the bone reads 165° F
