Fiber One cereal
ground to a powder

(20oz) low-fat brownie mix

tbsp
Splenda granular

tbsp
cocoa

tsp
baking powder

(15oz) pumpkin

(8oz) fat-free cream cheese
softened

applesauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F
In a food processor, add Fiber One cereal and process to a fine powder.
In a mixing bowl, add brownie mix, prepared Fiber One cereal, Splenda, cocoa, and baking powder. Stir to mix well.
Stir in applesauce, cream cheese, and pumpkin. Mix well.
Using a spoon, add batter to muffin tin (makes 22 brownies)
Bake in preheated oven for 18 minutes.
