Mixing Bowl
Ingredients

cup
onions
chopped

lb
ground beef - lean
4½
cups
cabbage
coarsely chopped
½
cup
brown rice
uncooked

tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1
cup
tomato sauce
1½
tsp
beef bouillon
1
tsp
sugar
¾
cup
water
½
tsp
dried dill
6
ozs
colby cheese or swiss cheese
shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F
In a skillet add onion and ground beef.
Brown ground beef - cooking onion at the same time.
Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish by spraying with cooking spray.
Add cabbage to prepared casserole dish
Top cabbage with uncooked rice. Add ground beef and onion mixture on top of rice.
In a mixing bowl, add Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, beef bouillon, water, and dill. Mix well. Pour on top of contents of casserole dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 1½ hours.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle the cheese over the casserole. Allow cheese to melt, and serve.
