In a large soup pot, add beef neck bones, mixed vegetables, dill pickles, and water.
Place over medium heat, and cook for 45 minutes.
Add in the diced potatoes, and continue cooking approximately 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft.
Take out the beef neck bones.
Turn heat to medium/high.
In a small mixing bowl, add flour, and gradually mix in milk.
A little at a time, add the flour mixture into the soup pot, stirring to mix as you add.
Stir constantly until the soup comes to a boil.
Stir in salt to taste.
