Ingredients
1
pint
fresh raspberries
¼
cup
sugar
2
tbsp
orange juice
1
cup
cold water
2
tbsp
cornstarch
Instructions
In a saucepan, add raspberries, orange juice, and sugar.
In a small mixing bowl, add water, and whisk in the cornstarch until dissolved.
Stir in the cornstarch/water mix into the raspberry mix.
Over medium/high heat, bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. As it cools, the raspberry sauce will get thicker.
Using an immersion blender, or a regular blender, puree sauce.
Using a fine mesh colander, strain the sauce.
