In a mixing bowl, add the juice of a lime and pork chops. Toss to coat well.
Add fresh basil and garlic. Toss to coat well.
Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Place pork chops in the refrigerator to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Preheat the outdoor grill to medium heat.
Prepare the grill grate by oiling lightly.
On the preheated grill, place the pork chops and cook approx 5 - 10 minutes or until they are no longer pink in the middle, and an instant read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the pork chop reads 145° F.
