In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat, When hot, add onions, cook until they are tender. Approx 5 minutes.
Add rice in with the onions stir frequently. Add salsa and chicken broth when rice starts to brown.
Reduce heat, cover, & simmer until the rice absorbs the broth. Approx 20 minutes.
